What is the 3D rendering process?
Here is a link that gives you an outline of the process ahead: https://ilou3drenderingservices.com/3d-rendering-process/
How long does the process take?
The product can be delivered to you in as few as 3-10 business days. However, please note that the delivery date will vary depending on the number and scale of revisions and ordered units. In addition, this is dependent on how quickly we hear back from clients with revisions. We request a response from our clients within 48 hours from the receipt of each draft. With all that in mind, please check the delivery date specific to your project when placing an order.
What is the price range for 3D rendering services?
Our prices start at $399 per view. In order to provide a specific price, we need to first see the scope of the project and the desired view.
Do you charge per view or per hour? How much is that?
Interior rendering views start at $399 and scale up according to complexity and size. Exterior projects start at $499 and also scale up from that proportionally to the complexity and size of the view. Panorama view prices start at $699 per viewing angle and, you guessed it, scale up de-pending on the complexity and size. Virtual tours start at $4500 per min.
How many revisions are included in the price? What is the cost for extra revisions?
We do 3 draft renderings before the final approval. We allow revisions and changes with each draft. Any additional changes after the third draft cost an extra $200 per new draft rendering. We keep you informed along the production timeline by sending each of the three different pre-views, in specific sections of the design process.
Is it possible to make several changes on one single item per draft?
While revisions are an intrinsic part of every draft, if a client requests that we change a piece of furniture, floor texture or wall color, et cetera, in one draft, they need to to wait until the subse-quent draft in order to change those same items another time. In other words, we can’t generate different views with different colors, or textures, or furniture. All views of the same draft are gen-erated with the same changes previously requested, additional changes being reflected on the subsequent draft.
What is your basic estimation time for an architectural project with one view?
We are absolutely understand the need for a quick estimation and are willing to accommodate. However, due to our commitment to ongoing projects, the fastest we can provide an estimate is within 2 to 3 days.
What is the resolution of the final rendering? Do we have to pay extra for high res (4k, for example)?
High resolution files are delivered with every project. If the client wants a resolution higher than 4k, we need to be informed of that at the beginning of the project. Otherwise, extra fees are applied.
What is the cost for additional views?
It depends on the complexity of the project and how much extra time we will put in. Let us know what your additional views are and we will estimate the cost.
What is the cost for a bird eye’s view of a project?
A bird eye’s view with the details and complexity it requires starts at $799.
What is the cost of a panorama view?
It starts at $699 per angle view.
What is the cost of an additional option or a different version of a project?
For example, changing a time of the day, weather conditions or season of the year represents an additional $200 to the total price.
What do I need to provide in order to receive a quote?
Please provide us with all the information that you may have in order to give you with an accu-rate quote: delivery timing, reference pictures, sample furniture images, floor plans, elevations, sketches, texture, as well as any additional pictorial view of your dream design. While we appre-ciate and welcome your description of your vision, showing us with the above materials will help us better understand it. In other words, tell us, but also show us!
What files do we need to send you to start the project? What type of files do you accept?
Blueprints, CAD files, PDF files, hand drawings, legible Sketches, SketchUp files, 3D Max files, FTP files, and Revit files.
What software do you use? 3D Max, V-Ray, Corona?
All of the above.
Do you send draft results in a grey model rendering, draft render or screenshots?
Yes, we do! However, the client needs to make this request right at the beginning of the project.
Can you share the source files, so we'll make a final fix in-house?
Yes, we can.
Will the price change if I get you a 3D model?
Yes, it changes! It grants you 20% off the total price. However if the 3D file is corrupt and we have to remodel again, you will not be eligible for the 20% discount. It often happens with sketchup models.
Do you charge extra money for urgent projects and tight deadlines?
Yes, we do charge extra 75% for urgent projects.
What is the cost of large-scale projects? For example, 100 unique projects per year.
On very large projects, we do offer a discounted price per view to accommodate for the volume of the work. We offer the monthly prices with unlimited changes:
Interior Renderings for 10 views starts at $4999
Exterior projects for 10 views at $5999
Panorama view for this project with no furniture was $4500 https://kuula.co/post/7q6cD/collection/7ll40 and it would be additional $2999 to furnish the entire house.
What is your payment process like? Do you work with pre-payment and post-payment?
The payment can be made by credit card or check once an agreement has been reached. At that point, we will send you the invoice. We request 50% of the payment upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit or debit card payments through an invoice. Once we agreed to go ahead with the project we will send you a link to payment and the contract to be signed. Please keep in mind that we only start the project once we receive the payment.
Do you have a team to work with several projects at the same time? If so, how many projects your team can do at the same time?
While we have a competent staff on whose competence we place our trust and confidence, we can get overloaded sometimes. We are, however, able to work with multiple projects, once having multi-tasked through ten projects simultaneously.
How are we going to get the rendered products? In what format is it going to be delivered?
The final rendered products are delivered in jpg format. If you wish to have it delivered in a different format, please let us know in advance.
What happens if I have extra revisions after the delivery?
While we wish it weren’t so, the reality is that time used for each rendering that goes beyond the third draft takes time away from other projects and clients, hence our inability to produce additional drafts without an extra charge. Because there is an extra charge for revision requests after the final draft is approved and the product is delivered, we ask you to carefully inspect each draft prior to the final approval and subsequent delivery.
Can I place an order if I don’t live in Los Angeles, New York or Miami?
Absolutely! We accept orders from all around the world. We facilitate our business interactions by utilizing various means of communication. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concern or additional question.
