Step One: Understanding the client’s scope of work

In order to better understand the client’s project and expectations, we have to engage in an open dialog in which the client brings sketches, reference images, and any other information they deem necessary to our understanding of their vision. At this point, we decide what camera angles will best showcase the greatest amount of information on what the client wants detailed in the final product. We need the right angles before starting the project!

Step Two: 3D modeling

This is the step where structure is defined and furniture pieces are modeled. Using the latest 3D software, we build the product up into the three-dimensional space. We now have a digital model of the product based on the two angle perspective given by client. We accept: AutoCAD Files or ( PDF), Sketches, 3D Modeling, SketchUp Files, Revit Files, Max Files and Hand Drawings.

Step Three: Texturing

After the modeling process, the artist then applies the reference images to the respective 3D models to make them look more realistic and artistic. Materials such as cloth, plastic, granite, and wood can be applied to the model to convey the textures the client desires. Provide us with all the texture images or links.

Step Four: Lighting

Lighting is important in enhancing the feel of the real world in the 3D models and to heighten their realism. While lighting can be overlooked as unnecessary, it’s the one element that connects many of the tangible architectural aspects such as texture, space, color, and form. Daylight or Nightlight?

Step Five: Rendering

The 3D rendering process may take from minutes to hours. A high-resolution view of each image takes about 8 hours. The computer completely controls this process. Here, some of the best tools and software applications are used to bring quality to the model. First draft is ready for clients review.

Step Six: Refining

Once the client receives the draft file for approval, they can give us feedback on what they want tweaked, be it lighting, textures, etc. Clients Feedback!

Step Seven: Product Delivery

Once all desired adjustment are made, the client receives the final draft in the file format of their choice, depending on the size and resolution requested. Final product and clients feedback included!
